We want you to love our stuff as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with non-hair extension item, please let us know and we will gladly exchange it or issue a credit; refunds are not available.
Hair extensions, wigs and hair products are non-returnable. But if you are not satisfied please contact customer service immediately.
For accessory and tools returns, all you have to do is include a copy of the invoice/shipping package, please explain reason for exchange, and send us the item you wish to exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.
