What information do we collect?

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

What does Level 1 PCI compliant mean?
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure. If you want to sell online and accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards, your software and hosting needs to be PCI compliant.

Hair extensions, wigs
Order $200 dollars or more and shipping is free otherwise shipping is a flat $8.00. Processing and shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 days. We ship typically Priority Mail for the United States Postal Service
We do not accept returns of hair extensions, but please call or email customer services to see how we can rectify your concern.
All other merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.
Non Hair items must be returned in their original packing so please keep the box and other packing materials until you have decided on your purchase.
If original purchase included a bonus gift, bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.
All non-hair returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return.

Hold onto your shipping receipt and LoveOurHair.com packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

Defective and Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service Department upon delivery. Please retain packing slip and your invoice, the original packaging and any other packaging materials used for the return. To return damaged or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service.
Personalized items are not available for returns or exchanges, unless in the event there is an error on the part of LoveOurHair.com i.e; misspelling.

Errors are rare but if you do receive the wrong product please take a picture and contact customer service immediately.
We want you to love our stuff as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with non-hair extension item, please let us know and we will gladly exchange it or issue a credit; refunds are not available.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Illinois.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices
Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered,” please contact customer service for assistance.
Orders are shipped out within 3-5 days for extension and hair products. Custom wigs are determined on a case by case basis, depending on completion of the final wig. We communicated expected shipping dates to all custom wig customers.
